Ibis Cambridge Central Station Hotel

The location is super close to the train station and the main sights of Cambridge. We were able to easily access the entrance and rooms, which were both clean and spacious. The staff were attentive and helpful, and even went out of their way to arrange a special birthday surprise for my girlfriend.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station which is perfect when travelling with luggage and in a noisy bar area with a lively atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and have blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. Guests can also enjoy a satisfactory breakfast and a good coffee machine.

Great location for exploring the city and convenient for the train station. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. the option to choose whether or not to have daily cleaning was appreciated. the breakfast had a good selection of choices.

The lack of a proper reception desk was a bit unusual and the open plan nature of the hotel felt unstructured. the parking situation was frustrating as there was no car park and the nearby NCP car park was expensive and had issues with the app.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the prices were very reasonable for what you get. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the location near the train station was perfect for easy travel, and there were plenty of other facilities nearby. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything you need, including a spacious closet for your clothes.

One small improvement could be made to the hotel's parking situation.
